Bath and body works body butter or Burt Bees hand cream find that at Target they work very well!
That would have to be Aveeno. It Moistens your hands and it smells fresh.

I think is the hand made ice-cream but it was happened in olden time. They used to blend or crunch the ice-cute and scranch it into a ice ball. But you want the relevant answer for best hand cream it would be from Rose Escentic which where it's from Canada a farm production.
I would have to say Burt's Bees hand salve, its sold in a small tin. I like the milk and almond one myself. Here's a good trick; before you go to bed, rub it all over your hands and then put on moisture golves and keep them on all night. You can get the gloves at any drug store and even Wal-Mart and Target.

Well, coming from someone who has the DRIEST skin ever i would say Johnson's SoftLotion 24HR Moisturizer. The only one that keeps my hands from cracking and isn't all greasy. Also the pharmacist at cvs told me the only way lotions will really work is before you put lotion on soak your hands in hot water for 5 minutes then apply lotion, otherwise the skin will just suck up the lotion right up and get no benefits. Really works!

I like Lubriderm - also plain old Vaseline works well for really dry hands
Curel. It absorbs fast, doesn't leave you greasy, and lasts even through a couple of handwashings. Avoid Lubriderm which is oily.
LOVE aveeno sensitive skin (fragrance free). It is sooo good :)
