There are two things that really work well. One is the old standby vaseline. Do this especially at night when going to bed. Rub a generous amount on your hands, between your fingers, on the sides of the hands. Keep rubbing it until it is well saturated, then rub any heavy excess off when a paper towel or tissues. During the day when you can, and you won't like this but believe me it works, cup one hand and pour some Heinz White Vinegar in it, the rub it all over your hands. White vinegar has the least smell unlike Apple Cider Vinegar, and it dissipates quickly. Who cares about the little smell, it's better than having dry cracked skin. Just try it once and you'll feel the smoothness. Don't wash your hands in extremely hot water either. Just warm or even cold will do the same. Besides, it's the suds from the soaps that wash away bacteria, and how you hold your hands to drain off the suds. Point them downward and let the water run over them and off the tips of your fingers. You may be using the Germ X, which does work, but eventually, it dries the skin. So make sure you wash your hands with soap after a while of using the Germ X.
