Whats a good hand cream?

Whats a good hand cream? that will make my hands soft and smoothWhats a good hand cream?
I am a huge fan of the L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream. It is formulated with 20% shea butter and you only need about a pea-sized amount, as it is very concentrated. For a fun hand cream, I love the Jaqua ones. They aren't as much for moisturizing however they make my hands really soft-and they're only $8 a pop. I highly recommend the Raspberry Buttercream Frosting.

  • Help with hand cream?

i need to know what kind of hand cream is good for me because i pick my fingers... and it hurts whats a good cream?Help with hand cream?
Cetaphil Cream, not lotion. It comes in both, but the cream is so much better. you can get it at any grocery store or walgreens etc...

Hand cream , body lotion , face cream?

can i use hand cream on my face

what is the difference between all those cream or is it just a marketing ploy is it all the same thing reallyHand cream , body lotion , face cream?
I suppose it depends on the consistency. Lotions tend to be runny and have a greater water content, where as creams are thicker with more oil ingredients and a lot greasier; not nice on the face. The skin is the biggest organ we have but has different needs and treatments. I feel we overdo it at times and don鈥檛 let nature do its stuff and allow our skin to breath and repair itself. I use anything of substance on my hands and body but stick to facial creams/lotions for my face.

i don't know but i use hand cream on like my legs when i don't have body lotion but im not sure about the face cream if it doesn't go on your face then don't put it there hope i could help.
hand cream is to heavy for your face. it will cause wrinkles in the long run. Face cream is much lighter and contains different ingredients.

Has anyone used Burt's Bees hand or day cream? do they work for very dry skin?

Nothing works better than Vaseline, the oldfashioned kind in a jar.

Can I mix different hand/body cream or lotions? ?

I mixed glysomed with mango lotion from sephora, aveeno, and the vitamin e moisture cream from body shopCan I mix different hand/body cream or lotions? ?
thats fine- the only down or upside would be the new scent you createdCan I mix different hand/body cream or lotions? ?
Yea, it isn't going to hurt you or anything, but I'm sure they are meant to do different things...I used to do that to get different scents when i was younger.

Good Hand Cream and Makeup Help?

My hands are dry and reddish during the winter, and i was wondering what your favorite brand of handcream is.

id like something that smells nice and really works

i have a ton of different hand creams, but none of them really do much for me... :( lol

oh and if it could be from sephora that would be helpful too, because my bday is coming up and someone is getting me sephora stuff of my choosing (yayy) speaking of which.... any sephora favorites (anything but foundation, because i dont use that)Good Hand Cream and Makeup Help?
For dry skin I use Hempz Herbal Moisturizer, it's not specifically a hand moisturizer, but it works wonders at helping dry skin. Philosophy is also a great brand for moisturizers and lotions, and this brand can be found at Sephora.

As for Sephora favorites, I have been shopping at Sephora for years and I am a 100% Sephora addict! I've tried all kinds of make-up and products from there so I'll give you a few of my favorites!

For eyeshadow, I love Bare Escentuals bareMinerals eyeshadow. They have all kinds of colors and types, like matte shadows and glimmer shadows (which I love!). The brand Too Faced also has some great shadows.

For eyeliners, I alternate between liquid and pencil, just depends on the day! For liquid I use Urban Decay. It goes on very smoothly and does not rub off all day. For pencil I use Make Up For Ever's Aqua Eyes. It is waterproof and it also stays on all day without smudging or fading.

My favorite mascara is by the brand Lorac and it's called Lotsa Lash. It has tiny fibers in it that cling to your lashes so it really makes your lashes look fuller and longer. All those commercials say they do this, but this mascara really does work!

My last suggestion is one that I tell everyone about, it's Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion and it is worth every cent! It is a primer that you put on your eyelids before applying eyeshadow and it makes your eyeshadow look 10 times brighter and more vibrant, and it also eliminates the ';creases'; that some eyeshadows leave on your eyes after it's been on for awhile. It makes your eyeshadow look perfect all day. I swear by this stuff!

Hope this helps you out! Have a great sweet 16th!Good Hand Cream and Makeup Help?
Well... the stuff I like that's not from Sephora is St. Ive's Mineral Hand Cream. It leaves your hands really soft, absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave a sticky residue....

As for Sephora: I love philopsohy products! They are top quality and have wonderful smelling and moisturizing lotion.

Products that I love from Sephora:

    1. Stila Eyeshadow Quad (in Sapphire collection)

    2. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer

    3. Benefit Lip Tint/ Stain in the color of your choice (I really like their deeper red shades)

    4. Sephora brand slim pencil eyeliner has great color shades and stay on for the WHOLE day.

    Hope this helped! Happy shopping!

Also La Roce Posay , Cicaplast is perfect for healing everything(it's like polysporn but not greasy because it's silicone as well)

Lotion hand cream on a tattoo?

I got a tattoo on the 18th and they told me to wash it twice a day and to put lotion on it after the first day, so i went to Wall mart and got Lubriderm advanced therapy hand cream that is unscented and helps heal and protect and is 24-hour moisture, non-greasy, and vitamin, nutrient and antioxidant enriched. well the tattoo is all black and is kine of getting this white tent to it so i was wondering if it is ok to keep using it, and if the white tent will go awayLotion hand cream on a tattoo?
after having 6 tattoos, i can tell you to use Curel ultra healing lotion...

used it since my first one and never have had a problem.

cuts down on the overall scabbing from the tattooLotion hand cream on a tattoo?
NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!! Wash with lukewarm water and mild, liquid antibacterial or antimicrobial soap. Not Dial its to harsh! Get tattoo goo or H2o(your artist should have had this in their shop, its worth the investment). You do not put any lotion on it till it is healed. You can use A%26amp;D vitamin enriched ointment, but if you don't have any, Bacitracin orpharmacistr antibacterial ointment is acceptable. Sometimes you have Libriumarmacist behind the counter for these...I don't know why? Then use Lubriderm when it is healed.

**Do not use Neosporin. This is a wonderful product for cuts and scrapes, but not for tattoos. Some can have an allergic reaction to the Neosporin, which causes little red bumps. When the bumps go away, so does the ink, and you end up with a polka-dotted tattoo.

Good Luck and never never pick at it!!!
The tattoo place should have given you something to take home, to keep it moisturized. I can't think of the name of the stuff though - sorry.

Do you have any aloe gel? The pure stuff, not a lotion 'with aloe' in it? If so, use it. Put a touch of water/moisture on your skin, just enough to make it damp or dewy feeling, then put the aloe over it. Might help temporarily.

When you get the chance, call the place you got the tattoo from, and ask if they can give you some advice. It's only been a few days and they owe you a little info about the care of it.

    Good Luck.
i use unscented lubriderm as well after about 4 or 5 days and have a good amount of ink in me. you're doing fine. there is a point where it can be too moist though, you'll get little pimples in it if you over do it....
i've always just used soap %26amp; antibiotic ointment.

the whiteness is probably old skin-the top layer of skin will flake off with a layer of color.
a white coating is normal and is the way for the tattoo to heal itself.
When I got my tattoo they told me to only use bacatracin ointment. Ask your tattoo artist.
