Does anyone know of a good hand cream for people with eczema, where the skin on the hands gets dry and peely?

Amlactin. You need to ask your pharmacist for it, but you don't need a prescription. It's expensive (over $20 a bottle) but it works.Does anyone know of a good hand cream for people with eczema, where the skin on the hands gets dry and peely?

Try mangosteen juice. Contact me by email and I'll lead you to information. Many people with eczema are having great results using this all natural and fully patented product. Tastes fantastic and has only 2 grams sugar and 3 carbs per serving. Clinical documentation and testimonials available.
Eucerin Plus Intensive Repair Lotion. If you use it every day you'll notice a difference in a few days.
I highly recommend using Dr Wheatgrass Recovery Cream/Spray. The products works amazing well. It's cream/spray derived from organically grown wheatgrass. Dr. Reynolds invented the product and has been successfully treating this patients since 1995 with these products. As far as allergic reactions go, this product is made from wheatgrass, the same thing that bread is made of. It's also gluten free. I believe it's approved for people of all ages (from infants to adults) because it's a natural product. You can check out his website below for more information and testimonials. I hope this helps you in making an informed decision.

Eucerin is really good, but never underestimate the power of vaseline.
You can try taking GLA or gamma linnioleic acid- EveningPrimrose Oil or try breaking open the caplets and rubbing the oil on sparingly, as you don't want to over do the oil.
