I agree with the first girl that answered. Neutrogena Norwegian hand cream really works.
utterly smooth...it looks like a cow print on the bottle:)
I personally like Gold Bond Medicated hand lotion and Eurcerin hand lotion. Both go on without leaving you with that greasy feeling once you rub the lotion in. They are a little more expensive but I think they are worth it.
Neutrogena's Norweigan Hand Cream works really well, and so does Burt's Bees Banana Hand Cream

You know .. i think you should use VASELIN the original on it .. really helps moisture the hands and can also be used to soften the dry feet ... really makes them smooth if it's dry and tired more than the normal creams
