Hand Cream?

What cream do people use when you have to wash your hands constantly and don't want dry/sore skin on your hands? The probelm is that the skin around the knuckles seems to be really red and sore and no remedie seems to work so far. Some creams are not so bad at treating the problem but seem to oily/greasy. Any suggestions?Hand Cream?
I found an excellent hand lotion for just this problem at my local pharmacy. It's called XT 703 HandShield. It's made by Stanmar Laboratories in Kansas City, MO. This lotion works really well and it's not greasy like Eucerin. My hands are constantly in water because I can foods, washing floors, clothes, etc. I highly recommend this lotion. Hope this helps.Hand Cream?
Try some of the Burt's Bees products. Also try products that have a silicone gel as that adds an extra layer of moisture. Lanolin products are good too. Get the real deal, not the watered down stuff. Any good lanolin product w/high concentration will cost approx $10. Any friends in a hospital? If so, see if they can get you a jar of the lotion they use for babies. It's great.
There are many different hand creams on the market. I suggetst you use one for sensitive skin that replenishes the skin also. Try Avon products.
