Doesnt dead skin cells mean that the nucleus of the cell is dead, how can cream simply revive it?
My friend asked me that question and i unconfidently answered that cream doesnt really revive the skin it temporarily restores it. and the only way to get rid of the dead skin is to remove it /let it fall off
was i talking total non-sence or am i close to the correct answer?

it doesn't revive dead cells at all, when they're dead they're dead. it just adds moisture to your hands. if you brush your nails with a stiff nail brush to remove dead skin cells first the hand cream really works to stop your hand drying out so much next time.
