Whats the best kind of hand cream?

I have extremelyyy dry hands and no matter how much lotion i put on, my hands like dry up ten minutes after and it feels like i didnt put lotion on in the first place. any good brand of lotion that will help?

neutrogena norweigian formula!! it comes in a squeeze tube kinda thing. it is white with a little flag on it, its like vaseline but better.
Umm, stem cells work good, get a stem cell lotion.
