I know that with the new regulations you are allowed to take items like toothpaste etc on aircraft as hand baggage if they are in containers no larger than 100ml. I have a tube of hand cream that says 85 gram. Would this be allowed? I realise it's like trying to compare apples and oranges as gram is a weight and ml a volume. You can carry liquids and cremes in 3 ounce containers. 85 grams is just under 3 ounces...so it should be fine. you can use the conversion site below to convet grams to ounces.
