i would say go to victorias secret or bath and body works.

Great Shakes hand cream from Soap %26amp; Glory is awesome stuff. It's a little more scented then I generally like, but it's very emollient, and makes your hands very soft. Good stuff!
I would reccomend hand cream from bath and body works. It works well and smells great!

Yes! L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream. It's $25, but well worth the money! Its a pretty big tube, too.

The best hand cream I have ever used is NO CRACK cream. Ask for it at your local pharmacy. I have a dry skin condition on my palms and this stuff is the only thing that helps and doesn't wear off after 20 minutes. The Bath and Body Works stuff does smell good but it wears off too quickly to do any real good.
