Lanolin hand cleaner cream made into cream again?

I use cream hand cleaner for automotive and paint jobs. Sometimes I won't need it for months, By this time it has changed from cream into a soup. I realize it still cleans but can I make it into the paste again and how. I tried the fridge to cool it down. No change. Is it whipped? like whipping cream? or what? Anybody got an idea?Lanolin hand cleaner cream made into cream again?
Air is the answer. it is whipped sorta. Try using a beater/mixer. Good luck
