I personally use ANY of the Moisture Therapy lotions by AVON....sorry but its tru...its pretty decently priced and you can order it online or through a representive in your area. Vaseline Cocoa Butter lotion. It's amazing and smells great. And cheap!
More expensive? Bath and Body Works hand cream or Avon hand creams are wonderful.
