Parabens are in almost ever hand cream and shampoos, how can you not avoid it?

There are many natrual product lines out there you can look for: Jason, Desert Essence, Burts Bees, Avalon Organics. I have had good luck with them all. If you can't find them in your area at the grocery check a natural food store. If you still can't find these products try something like olive oil instead of lotion. It works great for hands and body but may be too oily for face.Parabens are in almost ever hand cream and shampoos, how can you not avoid it?
There's a lotion called VaniCream which has no parabens.
