What moisturizer/hand cream would you recommend?

I would recommend Jergens lotion (cherry almond scent is my favorite). I grew up with that stuff. I've tried so many lotions, but that one has always worked the best.What moisturizer/hand cream would you recommend?
I have tried countless face creams and Oil of Olay's Night Time Anti-Wrinkle cream is hands down the best I've ever used.

As far as hand cream I really like St. Ives...it seems to actually do what it's supposed to do and keeps my hands moisturized better than the others.
