What is the difference between Bath and Body Works body cream and hand cream?

Or, less specifically, is there any real difference between creams marketed as ';hand creams'; and ';body creams';, regardless of brand?What is the difference between Bath and Body Works body cream and hand cream?
The location of where the cream goes on probably has something to do with the nomenclature. Hand cream usually has a softener for rough hand skin, and body has smoother applications. The term 'bath' means the cream is soluble in water and can be used during bath or shower.
