Nothing, really... but read the back of the bottle to see what it says under ';harmful if swallowed'; it has instructions.
Try drinking a lot of water to flush it outI think I may have swallowed some hand cream, what's gonna happen to me?
Nothing! Just drink plenty of water to flush it out. There is directions on the jar to tell you exactly what to do. But if your not even sure you swallowed it than it couldn't of been too much.
