Nothing. Glycerin (Glycerol) is just a type of fat. ';Without glycerin'; means that is less oily than the one with it.What are the pros and cons for choosing a hand cream that includes glycerin?
I heard many people are allergic to glycerin. But if you're not allergic than glycerin is really good for your skin.
